About
In 2002, arriving in Florence with my one-year-old, I sought connections and found a playgroup at St. James Church. When it ended, I launched a website, connecting with moms online. By 2009, we expanded, forming sister sites across Italy. Today, Firenze Moms 4 Moms Network thrives thanks to our members’ unwavering support. Together, we navigate expat life, offering solace, support, and a sense of belonging to mothers far from home.

Expat Mom Stories
Coming to another country by yourself is challenging enough; coming with a family is a move that takes a lot of planning, patience, love, and so much more. In the Firenze Moms 4 Moms Network, you’ll find inspiring stories from moms who have taken this brave leap and moved to Italy with their families. These mothers share their unique experiences, from the initial decision and planning stages to the highs and lows of adapting to a new culture.
