Pick-me-up dessert

Pick-me-up dessert is named tiramisu in Italian. It is popular on the dessert menu, competing with the panna cotta. The powerful espresso-infused ladyfinger cookies with the creamy eggy mascarpone whipped so light, and fluffy produce a cloud of flavor in your mouth.

Yes, it is a dessert, but I think it is great to eat at any time of the day. Especially with the springtime time change, eating this for breakfast is a great way to get your morning coffee kick. It is a pleasantly cool and refreshing creamy coffee infused with your breakfast cookies, so great for an all-in-one breakfast during those hot summer months.
